So you want to know more about me ?  I was born in Northern Virginia, Fairfax to be exact a suburb of Washington D.C.. A state of beauty enriched with history, museums and culture a place I am proud to be from. Although I moved to Florida when I was 12 I still visit Virginia almost every year for family and the history. Williamsburg, Virginia and Washington D.C. are my favorite vacation spots for the history and museums. I moved to Winter Springs, Florida when I was 12 and outside of a short stint in Lake Mary, Florida I have lived there ever since.

Winter Springs, the city was incorporated in 1959 as North Orlando, and it wasn’t until 1972 that it changed its name to Winter Springs. Quite the change from my birth place which was one of this countries original 13 colonies. Winter Springs was ranked by the August 2007 issue of Money Magazine as the 31st best place to live in the United States and the 2nd best place to live in the state of Florida. I love Winter Springs for many reasons it’s close to many attractions, dining and entertainment but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle close to home. The crime is low and the people are friendly and I couldn’t dream of anywhere else to raise a family. (side note: Can you tell I’m in Real Estate… talking so much about the cities lol)

I graduated from Winter Springs High School in 2001. After high school I completed my Associate in Arts Degree at Seminole State College. Once I completed my Associate in Arts degree I decided to pursue my Real Estate license and subsequently started my career.  I started working in Real Estate in 2003 as my now husbands assistant. In 2005, my husband and myself opened The Realty Factor and I was licensed and married all in the same year. In 2012, I decided to complete my Bachelors degree to pursue a Law Degree. I graduated in December 2014 with a Major in Political Science with a Minor in Legal Studies (and a 3.73 GPA which I am proud of). I am now attending Barry University School of Law and just finished my first year in the top 10% of my class. I am really looking forward to completing law school and specializing in Real Estate law and Estate Planning.

Daisy-copyI love what I do and I see education as a avenue that can help to make me better at my job and provide better service for my clients. I have now been in the Real Estate industry for 14 years and we just celebrated our 12th year in business. In 2008, we added property management to our real estate business a division we call The Rental Factor and we are now managing over 88 rental properties (and growing rapidly) for owners all over the United States and other countries as far as Azerbaijan.

On a more personal note I have the sweetest little dog named Daisy who travels to work with me daily. My husband and I met our Junior year in high school and have been together ever since. He is my best friend and business partner and greatest supporter. I love to travel and read and I especially love anything that glitters. Now you know all about me 🙂 I hope that one day we get to meet and  I get to learn more about you 🙂 Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog and I hope that one day we will get to work together to buy, sell, or rent your property 🙂
